Privacy & cookies

Updated 29 October 2026. This page explains our optional Google Analytics measurement and the local storage used by Little Wonder’s tools.

You choose whether Analytics runs

Google Analytics is optional. We block its script and measurement requests until you choose Accept analytics. Rejecting leaves the tools available. Your decision is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, without a unique visitor identifier in that preference record.

You can also use Cookie choices in any page’s footer. Rejecting after accepting stops our measurement, removes our Analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload the Google script. Other open Little Wonder tabs receive the preference change where browser storage is available. We cannot withdraw data already sent to Google.

What Analytics measures after you accept

Google receives page visits, visit timing, the referring website, campaign labels and browser/device information. Analytics uses cookie identifiers to help distinguish sessions and returning browsers. Google receives connection information, including an IP address, when your browser contacts its servers. These reports help us understand which tools people use and where visits come from.

We use our page’s fixed address and title in measurement. Our integration drops query strings and fragments from page addresses, reduces referrers to the referring website, and passes only supported campaign labels. We do not attach birthdays, names, postcodes, coordinates, calculator inputs, word searches, puzzle answers or scores to Analytics events. Enhanced measurement should remain disabled in our Analytics settings; we currently add no tool-input or form tracking.

Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our tag configuration. Accepting Analytics does not give consent to advertising cookies. Reserved advertising spaces currently load no live advertisements.

Other website requests

Hosting providers process ordinary page requests and logs independently of optional Analytics. Some tools fetch information or images from services such as Wikipedia/Wikimedia, Apple or Postcodes.io; their on-page notices explain those requests. Rejecting Analytics does not block requests needed for features you use or external images.

Google’s information and your controls

See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites for its processing and international data practices. You can reject measurement here, clear browser site data, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
