How to use the free word unscrambler

  1. Enter the letters you have, or enter your name to discover smaller words within it.
  2. Choose the word length and use the start, end or contains filters to narrow your results.
  3. Select a word to explore a meaning, or try another set of letters.

For example, LISTEN can be rearranged to make SILENT and ENLIST. Shorter words use only some of the letters; a repeated letter needs a matching copy in your input.

How it works & privacy

These games run on your device. Names are not sent by the game to a server or included in share links. Hosting may process ordinary request logs. No live advertising scripts are installed. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies; see Privacy & cookies.

Which Is Bigger compares generated rectangle areas. Spot the Change uses exactly three generated replacements. Words in Your Name matches against 172,823 ENABLE entries, including regional and older forms; it is not a complete dictionary or an official game word list. Tap a word for a selected meaning. Saved explanations load from this site. Other meanings are requested from Wiktionary using only the selected word, never the name entered. Dictionary links open external websites. Accented Latin letters are normalised; unsupported characters are rejected.

Challenge links reproduce a generated puzzle. They do not prove a score. Timers are for fun, not calibrated measurements. No account is required.
